While we strive for the highest accuracy, simulation results are predictive in nature and do not guarantee actual building performance, which depends on construction quality and operational behavior.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, and simulation templates on this site are the intellectual property of AECO. Client project data remains the property of the Client; however, AECO retains the right to use anonymized data for internal calibration and research purposes unless explicitly restricted by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AECO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on simulation reports. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service rendering.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey and applicable international trade laws. Any disputes engaging European entities will be handled in accordance with agreed-upon arbitration protocols.
